Growing out this hair is not as easy as I thought it would be, and one of the problems being that I break my progress off sometimes by just thinking about it. My hair seems to hate too much protein, but without it my sink starts to look like the floor under a real Christmas tree. Whats a girl to do. Ive found success adding in the Joico K-pak so I will definately stick with that, but I dont want to go overboard. Luckily I found a great light protein product that keeps my hair soft and strong all at the same time. The best part ever is that it is cheap! The Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship line is a winner and smells pretty good too. I’ve got the leave-in conditioner which is a pink, creamy leave-in that leaves my hair feeling soft and moisturized. This will not be getting lost in the back of the shelf, matter of fact, this will be welcome clutter on my dresser, lol. The regular conditioner is nice as well and is great for conditioner washes. This is one of those conditioners with the good slip which makes detangling a breeze. Might I add, this stuff seems to combat frizz some; an added bonus that i’m pleased to report. I’ve got so many conditioners its not funny but for now, Long Term Relationship has a spot in my shower caddy.
