When I made the decision to transition to my natural hair in 2006 I had a few things in my arsenal, even somewhat of a regimen, although I didn’t use such terms back then, but I was NORMAL.   Sure, the first month or two was no problem, but then the new growth started to get out of control and I needed help, fast. I went to the web, which turned out to be a gift and a curse. I found BHM, Nappturality, and LHCF and got this head together. Natural hair was new to me, I was a touch-up every 4 weeks kind of girl and had no idea what my hair liked and didn’t like, heck I didn’t even know what kind of hair I had! This caused me to try everything I heard or read about and before I knew it, I had started forming friendships with the UPS and FedEx men. With all the problems in the economy I had to try to reel it in some and put myself on a budget.  Honestly its not going so good, and I‘m determined to get my high. Sad, I know, but I know I’m not alone. There are others out there just like me. People with other types of addictions have meetings and such, pj’s tend to get together on the web.   I’ll go first, Hi I’m Sydwrites, and I am a Product Junkie.
